Can not setting up Twonky server, it needs credentials

Hi, I have a WdMyCloud 8TB device and when I updated to myCloud OS 5 the dlna service was gone, in replace you can add apps like twonky server to supply that feature, but I have reinstall TwonkyServer app 3 times and always it needs a password when I want to configure it, I have tested with blank credentials, user: admin, pass: admin, pass “admin.”, my wd passwords, and nothing works, how can I reset or change credentials to start managing the app?, why this credentials does not delete or restart when I delete them?
