How to reset WD My Cloud Desktop App password?

I have forgotten my WD My Cloud Desktop App (the software) password. NOT the dashboard password.

I can’t seem to find a way to reset the password. Anyone knows the way to reset the software password?

Try to uninstall and then reinstall the App.

I have tried the uninstall and reinstall. But it is still the same.

Hi there, as you have uninstalled and re-installed the application and still the same occurs, I would recommend you to  contact support as they should be able to assist  you with this.
