I cannot connect to mycloud home duo on today

Apparently closed 5hrs ago, but im still having issues.

Come on WD get your act together and sort this out!! is it that you didnt update your root certificates as another thread suggests?
Think a new solution which is reliable is in order!

I have connection problem for almost 12 hours. I need to access my data for work. Really poor. Please fix it urgently!!!

I see I’m not alone… My Cloud Home Duo was working fine yesterday evening, since this morning it is permanently off-line.

Still need to wait how long for the repair?
I cannot work for whole day already.

Hi! I have same problem, maybe have relation with firmware updates expiring on September 30th. I beg please, expedite the solution as soon as possible, this is causing us great inconvenience, especially to the people who work with this device …

I did not know about this problem and already send the device back to the shop so they can fix is…gonna cost me euro’s again…why don’t they communicate this correct!!!

Same problem but with a twist ! I am at home where my Home Duo is located. I can’t access the drive on my laptop via Discovery or mobile phone app. Both say offline as per reported issue. However I aIso have a remote desktop connection to my office PC which appears to still have a mapped network connection back to MyHome Duo which I can see and navigate the drive as normal …so it is still there. Hopefully WD resolve their issue soon so we can see it through all devices as this is not the standard I expect from WD

I have such problem the second time. And no message was sent to inform me what’s a problem.

Let them fix the problem and maybe they will ad “system status” button in the future to the app/website and it will help us all to avoid unnecessary messing with the device.

I have the same problem. I can’t access the disk and I need it urgently to send some work files to !!!.

I have exactly the same issure starting from today; 10/1/2021 :frowning:

Yesterday it worked excellent, and I used it about 3-4 yearth without problem/

Now “Your device is offline”.
I turning it off and on a few times and changing its port connection to router - no help…

Please help, I have very important stuff on it and this is very unpleasnt situatuion.
