4TB My Cloud. I keep getting the following message “Your My Cloud Desktop app is currently locked” How do I unlock this app?

@CNTRLRDAVE Still doesn’t say what you have. I have two WD MY CLOUDS, a 1st and a 2nd generation. The Desktop app that use to work with them no longer works.
