My Cloud Home Keeps going offline after update

Hi

My my Cloud Home did an update this week and ever since its been shutting itself down. I’ve just noticed for about the past couple of hours its got flashing pulsing light on it. I’ve posted a support ticket on the WD but I just thought if someone here might be able to help that’ll be great

File System Notification - Check if RAID rebuild is needed - Is that fixing itself? how long will that process take?

I have the same problem with device offline and unable to access even with local network!!
I’ve been using this MCH for just 3 days
Before the offline i’ve seen the message from mycloud mobile app that MCH have a problem and unable to fix, then i’ve turned my laptop and try to see if there any problems after a few mins the device goes offline with breathing LED
I’ve tried factory reset but it didn’t work
