Unable to connect to MyCloud outside my home network

I often use MyCloud.com but haven’t for over a month now. I tried tonight and it is the endless loop others have mentioned using Firefox. I cannot access my files.
I do have remote server access so I rebooted, nothing. I turned off Cloud Access 3 times, once for nearly 3 minutes before turning it back on. Nothing but the endless loop. I’m using Windows 7 on a laptop so it isn’t a Win10 issue.
I AM able to log in using Internet Explorer 11 but NOT Firefox Quantum 67.0 (64-bit)
It would appear to be a browser issue and not OS related at all.

I’ve been experiencing this very problem since installing a Deco M5 Mesh system. I’ve tried numerous solutions, none of which worked, then I found this thread. It solved my problem immediately, so many thanks to Mike for posting this simple, but effective, solution.
