1 month Old drive RMA

my 5TB WD passport drive stopped working and was asked by support to RMA it. I have dropped it off at a service center(India) and no updates ever since. It’s been 3 weeks, is this how long the RMA requests usually take with WD? Other brands usually issue RMA on the spot. Customer Care is of no help and I’m clueless about what’s going on because the status “Received/Processing” for more than 3 weeks. Any help is appreciated.
