2 Questions please

Hi,

New to the forum.

I purchased a new 6tb My Cloud home yesterday and I am having great difficulty with a couple of things.

Firstly, I can see the new drive in the file explorer on my PC (Windows 10, latest update), but unable to change the drive letter from Z: to what I would like.

Secondly, the Plex Media Server I have on my PC is not finding the new folders I created, it is only showing the public and time machine folders.

I still have the previous model My Cloud Home and that works with no issues at all. I can easily assign a new drive letter through the usual \**** and so on, but with this, I am pulling what little hair I have left out haha.

Please, please help me with this.

I just want to know how to assign a drive letter so I can create folders and drag files into it for Plex on my Nvidia Shield.

I can really do with some help here.
