4 TB western digital my book isn't reconized anymore when connected to usb port

I have been using a 4TB my book hard drive connected to the usb port on the back of the EX2 and when the amount of data exceded 2 TB it no longer shows up. If I access the dashboard it shows it connected and the correct amount of data on the disk. But the WD Quickview shows 105% on the disk. If I plug the drive into my laptop everything works as it should. On the EX2 I cannot map or access the disk through the EX2.

Any Suggestions???

Hello,

Make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your EX2. Also try a reset and/or a power cycle.

I am on the newest firmware for the EX2 and have restarted the EX2. I haven’t tried a reset yet will try that this evening when I get home. Thank you.
