403 - User does not have permission

Have to say, I’ve had my EX 2 Ultra for about 18months - nothing about set up or using it is easy.
This is the latest hiccup,


Now for the real kicker:
My wife & I have our own logins, and I have a separate login/user for work stuff.
We get this 403 error on our devices but I can access all folders (admin priveledges) across the device via my desktop. Logins haven’t changed, the only thing which has changed is that I’ve had to replace one of the drives (Raid 1), the NAS took 12hrs to rebuild the db and then worked fine (apart from this).

So we get that error if we use the My Cloud app, yet if I use VLC to access the music then there isn’t an issue.
Seriously WD - this is a joke.
