40s reset problem

After a firmware update, v04.05.00-342, mycloud hung up with a solid white LED
I performed the 40s reset (after reading that it would not affect my almost 5TB of data)
after the reset none of my data is showing
all shares are gone
all users are gone
windows explorer shows “This folder is empty” when I navigate to \wdmycloud
DLNA media Server shows music tracks, pictures and videos present.

How do I get my data back?

Dont panic, Just dont use the drive untill you get software to recover your stuff. good luck

The stuff is actually still there. Twonky shows the videos. And the media server counts 9000+ music, 20,000+ pictures and 800+ videos.
Windows can’t see any of it though.

It sees //wdmycloud

But nothing in it.
