I accidentally deleted a folder on my 4tb single bank WD Mycloud drive. I am told that this model does not have a recycle bin facility. Can anyone offer any advice on retrieving the folder? Or if there is an affordable reputable data recovery company in London that can assist?

Unfortunately, it is true that My Cloud single-bay does not support recycle bin feature. Also, Western Digital does neither cover Data Recovery under its warranty policy nor has any in-house data recovery service.
