I have used my MY BOOK Live Duo for about 6 years new and haven’t had a second’s problem.
I decided to connect my WD 2TB drive to the external USB of my NAS. Before I did that, I formatted it.
I plugged it in and the software picked it up and I named it.
Question, how can I access it? I don’t see it in Windows Explorer. Can someone please advise on what I need to do to have full access of this drive?
