i’m facing a problem with my EX4100. 3 3tb disks in use now.
Trying to add a (new) WD Red 3tb in the 4th, but led is solid red.
Result of Drive Self test: bad
The drive gives an error code : 3
What can I do to make it work ?

Do you have OS3 or OS5? Have you tried the sub-forum for your device? This sub-forum is for the single bay WDMYCLOUD 2nd generation.

However, the problem seems to be a damaged (unused) WD Red 4tb disk
