Alert "Capacity Low" & Cannot Reset Factory Setting

Hi there,

I just bought WD Sentinel DX4000 with 4 Tb storage.

Setup the correct way and login to dashboard. Connect the Sentinel to the domain (active directory) successfully. Setting some folder sharing with custom security directly to Windows Server using remote desktop connection.

Suddently after while it shown “Capacity Low” at LED Display and Dashboard capacity shown 0.00 Tb. When I remote the server, the D drive is shown 1,7 Tb free space.

Tried to restore to factory setting using USB as guided by Server Recovery but restore failed with error code : 0x80070005

Any ideas please?

Do you have blue lights on the box above both drives?
