Since updating to the latest firmware, all my AVI files are unwatchable. The audio is distorted and way too loud. I’m still playing MKV fine… I also have a problem playing FLAC audio file now.
Any hints? THX
Have you been using Flingo? That caused the audio to go distorted. Unplug for a while or reset via the side button using a paperclip / cocktail stick with the unit on. Press the button for about 1 second and then let go - the unit will reboot.

There is no harm in trying.
I experience the same now 
Networking almost stopped working previously. So Wd Live becomes worse and worse with each release. WD only adds new useless services there (which service providers probably paid for).

Fixed ir!! I just unhooked the powersupply, hooked it up again and reset the unit.

As was mentioned above you will probably find it returns if you use flingo.
