Many apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question…This is my final option to hopefully get some assistance.
I will start from the beginning, I have raised an RMA for a replacement product which as created fine apart from the pre-mailer address has cut the top line of my address off which means the address is useless. Is there a way I can amend this?
I tried to email support regarding this issue and watch I was ready to create my support call I have given a number of items from the knowledge base that were nothing to do with my issue. I checked all of thise options to show I had looked at them and clicked continue but was given the following error:
An error was encountered during knowledge base search.
So I cannot contact support to amend these details and the support lines are close so I am a little stuck…Can anyone offer assistance?
