is there an other number for the Red support or even standard support number in ireland

I have called about 30 times and all i get is “the message box is ful”

I have 4 x 3TB drives that i bought WD care Extended and one of them fails to register with the activation code and tells me to contact support?

Hello Luker_ireland,

The phone numbers listed on the site are for Toll Free International. Your phone needs to support International dialing in order for the numbers for work. This is the issue that usually prevents a customer from dialing the support numbers.

Regarding your extended care, where did you purchase this at and where are you trying to register the drive and activation code?
