I observe that the SMART info shown by DLGDIAG for Windows (1.22) do not include the actual (also known as raw) values, that is the actual drive status.
For example, for my WD15EADS-00P8B0, the power-on hours count shows as 100/0/100/0 and never changes, when I get 451 (increasing each hour) with other utilities (MHDD…).
Similarly the load/unload count is reported as 198/0/198/0 and does not change, when the actual value is like 8137 and increases with time.
Do others confirm that? Is there a rationale?
