My Note 5 won’t auto backup all my photos. For example when I take 5 photos in a row then open up my WD cloud app while within WiFi range of my My Cloud device it starts to backup but only chooses to backup 1 or 2 of the photos I just took. It doesn’t ever backup the other photos. Is there a setting that I am missing or need to change? What does the cache setting do? Also I have to open up the WD my cloud app for the auto backup to start. Is this normal?

I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone.
What app version are you using? What have you chosen in Back up options?
