Backup Up My Cloud to USB Device

I looked at the manual for the My Cloud Personal Storage, and the only reference to the USB drive was how to map it to a drive letter and expand storage.

I just want to create a backup copy of all the files on MyCloud.

Where is this documented?

@richlocus Where did your files originate?

I have both my Desktop and Laptop backed up on my, My Clouds. That’s why I have them, they are my backup.

Did you read Chapter 12 of the User Manual. The following link will take you to the User Manual for the 2nd generation My Cloud.

Have you looked at the Dashboard and read Help that is provided in the Dashboard?
