I’m using the My Book Live for the first time, and I tried to transfer a tonne of photos and some are showing up blank (they have a photo number/name so I know they should be a photo, but when I browse the photos on the drive, some just show as a blank screen as I scroll through). It makes it difficult to figure out what I can delete and what has been transferred. Any help? Thanks!
How are you accessing your unit in order to browse them? Are you using Windows Explorer/Mac Finder for direct file access within your network, or are you using a desktop or mobile app?
