Blinking yellow

My WDCLOUD has been working fine until a day or so ago. I have trued to reset it - and here is what happens:

After reset, the front panel light is steady yellow for a few minutes. Then it turns to blinking yellow and never changes.

Any help on how to proceed? The device is out of warranty.

Hi,

Try connecting your My Cloud directly to the Ethernet Port in your computer or with a different Ethernet cable and make sure you see activity from the network LEDs at the back of the My Cloud.
