Browsing in Windows 10

My mycloud shows up just fine under Network Locations.

Unfortunately, for the last few weeks I haven’t been able to browse it by folder in Windows 10.

When I use file explorer to browse it the only options that come up are three folders marked “Music”, “Photos,” and “Videos.”

I have numerous backup files I’d like to access using the normal file tree that until recently was accessible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Typically in Windows File Explorer you want to use the following My Cloud icon to access Shares.

Do not use this icon as it is the DLNA media server on the My Cloud which from the sounds of it you were accessing.

Are you saying nothing shows up under Network>WDMYCLOUD from the drop down menu under a share? See example image below. Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it and see complete image.
