Can I backup My Cloud Home via the USB-port?

Hi. Can I backup My Cloud Home to an USB-stick, external HDD or my excisting, old My Cloud? Can it be set up for automatic backups regulary?

I have just found that all contact about USB export is removed from the knowledge base and the manual; has it become unavailable now?
