I’m working with the 3T My Book Live with a Mac.
Had the unit about a month and has worked fine until last week. I log into the unit through wd2go.com and have been able to transfer and view files through the mac finder. Recently, the finder does not display any of the files. When I transfer files to the device, they go through the transfer process but do not finish transfering. Currently, the only way to see what files are on the drive is through the ipad app. The app confirms all the files from before the issue are present but not anything new I attempt to transfer.
Any suggestions on what the problem is and how to fix it?
