Can not see or access files in MyCloud (MAC)

I can access Time Machine just fine and can see all the backups and files no problem. The problem I have is that I can not see or access the files in MyCloud. All I see is:

TimeMachineBackup/MACBook Air.sparsebundle/Bands

Where are my files in the Cloud?

Also if I create a share folder in the Cloud and drop my files in there then I change a file or add a file on my HD do they not get up dated in the Cloud also? it doesn’t seem to work. Sample: I create a folder “Audit Reports”, I drop 3 files in there from my local HD. I then add a file on my local HD. Will MyCloud automatically add that file from my HD to the cloud? So far no go??

When you do a backup using Time Machine it will copy to the external drive as a single file that can only be retrieved or restore using time machine. If you want to have access to your files on the MyCloud then you need to copy the files to it.
