I am using the My Cloud Home 3TB in a PC and Apple Macintosh environment. It just happened all of a sudden that I can connect to the Cloud and see the files and the size but cannot open them. How can I fix this problem. The important files are AutoCad files

Hi! I have the same problemi: i can view all folders and file, but i can’t open It in local mode.

Try to read or write a file says I do not have permission.
