Cannot Access My Cloud using App on Iphone

For a few days now I cannot access My Cloud using the App on Iphone , can perfectly log in using the web on my computer but each time I try to use the App it says that the " Device Offline " … any ideas ?
Try rebooting the iphone , network and nothing seems to fix this problem .

Make sure the nas has been updated if it isn’t on the currant version as of 15 june 2023 (5.26.202) the cloud services won’t work nas cloud will be disabled

Password for wd should also be changed due to recant breach at wd

There has not been an update for the app even now , this breach happened again ??

He was referring to the firmware update for your NAS; currently supported My Cloud devices which had not yet been updated would not have internet access all the while.

Thank you to sharing this! I’m keep struggling with MyCloud access since last Friday and did never realize it can be caused by the firmware update.
In fact, this is very surprising for me WD doesn’t have “minSupportFirmware” concept to be able to show clearer message, like: “You firmware is not supported anymore. Please update”.
Come on, WD, you can do better :slight_smile: !
