Cannot access My Cloud

I moved. I am re-installing My Cloud. Device cannot be found. Network explorer does not see it.
Light is blue in front before and after a 4 second reset. Network light is green.
It is connected to same switch as PC (Windows 10).
No dashboard (obviously)
Help?!

Who is your internet provider? What modem/router/switch do you have it connected to?

Depending on your ISP and the router they provided you the following WD Support Doc may be relevant.

Comcast combo router/modem 1GB
Linksys 20 port switch
MyCloud part number WDBCTL0040HWT-10
Decal on bottom does not look like nor have the identifier numbers requested and I cannot find the package instructions
Same hardware as before, just not Comcast.
And, for no good reason, a wifi laptop previously logged in logs in seamlessly

And today, all is well
