Cannot access MyCloud through internet browser

Since upgrading to OS5, I am not able to see my files and folders after logging in through a browser (Chrome/Brave/IE). All I see is that there was an error.

I can access the MyCloud easily when I am on my home network. Any clue why this is happening when I try to access it from outside? Also I can see the photos, just the files and folders keep loading without ever opening.

Try setting the shares to Public

As a troubleshooting step, check to ensure each Share you want to access remotely has the option Mobile & Web App Access enabled (set to On) in the My Cloud Dashboard > Shares.

And ensure the User has permissions to access the contents of the Share.

@WimS I tried setting the share to Public as well. But it still just keeps loading. I don’t even see my ‘Public’ share folder.

@Bennor All users (only one - admin) have access to all shares (only two - dxxxx and public). The problem is that my files are not loading. I can see the photos but not the files and folders.

Just maybe there is info in the log?
