Cannot access pre-OS5 folders and files on Mac

Hi guys,
I finally figured out how to upgrade to the new OS5 and after signing in as the admin, I cannot access any of my files or folders using “Finder” (Mac’s Windows Explorer). when I go to https://wdmycloud.local, and click on the Users tab, All the folders under the Share Access heading is shaded. When I try to double click to go inside the folders in Finder, it will say " **The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “Folder Name” can’t be found."

I tried using my iOS My Cloud OS 5 app and I can see only my media files but I can’t see like my Time Machine files, etc…

Please help.
