I have a MyBookLiveDuo NAS drive 3+3 TB. I can access the information on the drive via windows explorer and my Sonos system has no trouble accessing the MP3s on it. However I cannot access the dashboard on our new Windows 10 machines. We recently bought new computers.
I tried entering 10.1.1.12 and mybookliveduo into MS Edge, Firefox and Chrome on both computers. On all occasions I get the ‘Unable to connect’ screen after a minute or so.
I also went to wd2go.com and downloaded the app. When I run it, it shows my drive as one I previously connected to (presumably on my previous computer) but I get an error message saying ‘Cannot connect to this device’.
Can anyone help please? Looks like it is a Windows 10 issue but I’m not sure.
