If anyone can offer advice it would be much appreciated
Since the OS update, I cannot access my MyCloud. It is detected on my network and all my other devices are running fine. If I disconnect the ethernet cable, wait a few minutes, then reconnect it I can access my MyCloud, but the connection soon drops out again…
Any advice?

Thank you for the maintenance notice. Yes I have tried a system restore. I can get the device to connect for a few minutes, then it just drops out. I have check my fire wall settings and I have checked my network for connectivity issues - but both are fine. I have only had issues since the OS update…
