Hey guys
Recently I had a problem playing Plex from Mycloud, because it sometimes could not find the server and I had to select unsecure connection for it to work.
I tried to find a solution by toggling around with the settings and I accidentally deleted the server (I discovered I had 2, but only 1 worked and I deleted the wrong one!)
Anyway, I reinstalled the server from services but when I try to reconfigure it goes as far as the “GOT IT” (folders page), then after that it says
"This page isn’t working
prod-8ab2d037a12206c.mycloud.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 502"
I installed plex on my computer and it works, but it will not find the server on Mycloud unless the computer is left on.
Does anyone have a fix for this? or know what I need to do?
