Cannot read World Book II

I apparently have a corruption in the boot code which gives the following error message when trying to access a World Book II white Light.

“Warning: is_dir(): Stat failed for /DataVolume/torrent (errno=5 - Input/output error) in /proto/SxM_webui/ctcs/ctcsconfig.inc on line 24”

I am happy to do a factory reset and sacrifice the data but WDC provides the factory reset within the Drive Manager in World Book software which is a bit useless if one cannot access the disk to reset it.

Anybody have an clues to an easy solution; WDC doesn’t seem to have.

Thanks Scott but that only resets the user name and password what I need is to be able to actually log in to access the factory reset.
