Cannot see my WD My Cloud

I use WD My Cloud NAS to store my music which I play using sonos. Of late
it does not appear under Network in Windows explorer. I use Windows 10. Even though I am still able to play music I cannot add photos or music because it does not appear when I click on ‘this pc’ icon. it use to appear under the ‘Network’ icon. Need help
