Cannot see videos on WD My Cloud App

Sorry If this has been asked somewhere before but I could not find a solution.

When using the my cloud app on my iOS devices I cannot see any of the videos that I have created on my iPhone/ipad and stored on my EX2 Ultra NAS. all the pictures I uploaded are there (though sometimes they take a while to show up when I upload)

I upload photos and videos using the photo sync app and can see that they are in the correct folders (arranged by year and date) when I view them through the finder app on my MacBook pro.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong or need to change, Its frustrating not to be able to see all the photos and videos in 1 place.

You can upload videos and image files using My Cloud Mobile App. I would suggest to upload these files using My Cloud Mobile App and then try to play. If videos are still not there, you can contact Western Digital Support team about this.
