Cannot setup device and access web admin page

I have a WD My Cloud attached to a campus network.
I ran the setup program, and it discovered the WD My Cloud (It displayed the correct SN no and IP at the screen). When I click next, the setup program showed me this:

If I use browser to access the web admin page, it simply shows:
“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /UI/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I have reset the device (power off method) a few times but still can’t solve the problem. Any idea about this? Thanks

Thanks. Will test it again by connecting to a router directly and if nothing changes then will seek WD support.

An update about my case: it seems that my problem is related to the campus network. Once I connected WD My Cloud to a local router directly, I could change the setting and used its smoothly.
