I have had my MyCloud Mirror 2.gen for about 3 months and it has worked gret until yesterday. Now I cant access the dashboard at all. I have tried from all my devices (2 iPads, iPhone, iMac and to different MacBooks).
What I use it mainly for is as a server for PLEX, and it has been wonderful, but occasionally unstable. Any suggestions as to what could have gone wrong?
When I try to log in to MyCloud (online) it says it will not authenticate me, somthing to do with sertificates. I follow the step by step procedures, but when I hit “continue” the new tab wont actually display the certificate I need to authenticate…
Also the middle blue LED-light on the actual NAS is blinking as if it is working on somthing (reading/writing continuesly) from the hard drive.
Please help, guys!
