Hey guys, i just bought myself western didgital external harddrive for all my music, the only problem is i cant acess it. It shows up in my computer as a HDD but when i double click it i get an error reading “Q: is not acessable, acsess denied.” Can anyone help me out here, cheers.

Try to run a test on the drive to verify if the drive has bad sectors or data corruption
Ran a test using official software and it all seems fine! Someone told me i might need to format it or change the drive letter, but it wont let me do that in computer management, theres no option on right click except delete
