Can't access WD ShareSpace on my network

I can’t access the files on my ShareSpace from another computer besides the one connected to the drive by USB. I can get to the administator login page ok, but even though the drive is connected to the internet, I can’t seem t access the actual files from another computer. Any ideas how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Please explain your setup. What exactly can you do and what does not work?

Please elaborate on the configuration of your box (what shares you have, user permissions, protocols you use to access it, the user names your different computers use to access etc.)
