Can't add new sync-folders to WD-Sync

Hi
I am using a Mac and try to sync folders from the Mac to my MyCloud.
Installing wd-sync just works and selecting a folder during the installations process also works.
But after the installation process it is not possible to add more folders to the sync folders.
If a try to add folders, a window pops up where I normaly can select a local folder, but they are all grey. I can select nothing.

Can someone help me?
Thanx
Werner

Hi WernerStein,

Just try to uninstall and re-install the WD Sync.

If you’re Mac is running High Sierra, WD sync is broken. You can find more info in another thread

As the previous poster indicated, if you are using High Sierra there is another thread covering how WD Sync isn’t working properly with High Sierra. There are numerous complaints going back almost three months now with no real solution other than either wait for WD to, maybe fix the problem, or find some workaround using third party sync programs for local network syncing. Some have moved on to using other NAS devices.
