I’m trying to get the audio to my receiver by using the optic output. I’ve tried everything, I can’t even get a red light at the optical cable, what am I doing wrong?
I’ve had similar issues in the past with my optical cables. Is your OC damaged? Does the optical cable work on other devices? If so, I did this one time and I was able to get the red light back:
Remove OC from hub and your Receiver.
Power off your Receiver.
Power on your Receiver.
Plug OC back into your Receiver.
Plug back into Hub.
