Can't install Acronis True Image (WD Version) on Windows Lapto

When trying to install the Acronis True Image (WD Version) on Windows laptop, I keep getting the following error message…“To install the product, at least one Western Digital device should be installed on your system”.  I have MyCloud EX2 connected and installed on my Windows laptop (I can bring up via MyCloud software, MyCloud Dashboard software, etc.)

Why won’t it allow me to instally True Image (WD version) due to this error?  I also installed / added the Acronis True Image app on the EX2 via “Apps” page, but it wouldn’t allow me to configure anything yet.

Appreciate any help to get this installed unless I need to use another version of True Image (which I have 2015 installed on my Windows machine I have used to back up to other external hard drives in past).

For you to install The acronis true image WD Edition, I believe that you need to have an internal WD drive on your computer, or one of the supported USB drives.

When you try to install the Acronis app on the EX2, do you receive an error message? Take an screenshot of the dashboard to see whats the error.
