I have forgot my user name & password for login credentials to connect to WDMyCloud\SmartWare. How to solve this problem? Is there any way to reset the password? Please email the solution to me.
Check manual for how to create users and set/reset their passwords via the dashboard.
Now if you are referring to the admin password, it is a bit different but also in manual. You will need to reset the unit.
