Cant Move files over internet...Any Help would be great

I log into wd2go.com and view my mybooklive through windows explorer.  I then try coping a movie from my computer to my mybook live.  It will move the file then gets hung up on the last 5-10 seconds and just hangs.  This is over the internet outside my house.  Any ideas?
