I’ve been having issues trying to access the dashboard on my My Cloud. I can’t pinpoint when the problem started, it may have been when we got a new router but I’m not sure. I’ve tried a few things and have read multiple posts but am still having issues. Any advice or suggestions would be great.
Also, is there a way to create a safe point with out the dashboard?
Have you accessed the new router’s administration page to see what IP address it shows for the My Cloud?
Have you tried a 40 second reset to reset the My Cloud settings to default values? This will help if one previously configured their My Cloud with a static IP through the My Cloud Dashboard.
