My MyBookLive is hard wired to my router. I can see it and browse the folders, but now cannot drag or paste any new files into them. The Paste option is greyed out. The only way that I can place anything new on the drive is to upload through the Twonky website, but this is one file at a time!
MyBook Live has been restarted several times.
I have downloaded and run the WD Discovery software to no avail.
My PC is wirelessly connected to the network.
Windows 10
BT Hub 5 Router (which recently replaced a Hub 3 and the problem was the same).
