Today I added an additional laptop and I am in process of backing up the files on it to My Cloud. Everything seems to be ok, but I would like to go to My Cloud to see that it is backing up the files. I can find the laptop and there is a volume under WD Smartware.swstor, but when I click on it, there are no files there. Does it need to complete the backup before anything shows up on My Cloud?

Hi, welcome to the community.
It depends on which file the gets backup first, the Smartware will create all the file structure and then backup each file individually, the more the backup advance the easier it will be to find the files.
